With over a decade of real estate experience and a background in the fast-paced world of pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly Lowe brings a sharp talent for crafting unique, impactful marketing strategies and stellar negotiation techniques to The Agency’s Scottsdale office. Kimberly’s clients describe her as passionate, thorough, detail-oriented and an excellent negotiator.
To date, Kimberly has sold more than $100 million of real estate. A certified Luxury Marketing Specialist through the Institution of Luxury Home Marketing, ILHM and CLHM, Kimberly specializes in luxury residences in the Scottsdale and North Phoenix regions. In 2018, Kimberly was ranked in the top 100 Agents at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and won the Leading Edge Society Award for achieving a minimum of either $120,000 Total GCI or 35 Residential Units. The Kimberly Lowe Group received the Team Innovation Award with The Agency Scottsdale in 2021 and was also featured in the So Scottsdale magazine in both Real Estate Superstars and Women to Watch in 2022. During her time at GlaxoSmithKline, Kimberly was professionally trained on negotiation techniques for different types of contracts, a skill she readily employs for her real estate clients.
“I love developing a marketing and business plan for a property,” says Kimberly. “I also understand how to create a plan that gains interest from different personalities and professions. I really enjoy being out with clients looking at homes, but my favorite part of my job is preparing homes to be listed. I love the transformation a home takes when it is brought up for sale.”
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys hiking, yoga, interior design, and spending time with family and friends. She donates her time to Feed My Starving Children, a national organization that provides meals to people all over the world, and to Chances for Children, a local Arizona charity that provides aid to orphans in Haiti.
